Kingdom Culture – Passion
Focus Scripture Matt 7:12
Christians are citizens of heaven and ambassadors of Kingdom culture! So our behavior & lives must be governed by our Kingdom cultural background.
God is a passionate God:
• Zec 1:14 God passionate about his people.
• Zeph 3:17 God passionate about his nation.
• God passionate about his temple. i.e Jesus ‘cleansed’ it with zeal
• God passionate about the lost. i.e. parables of the ‘Lost’ things
Q Why is the most emotional passion in our lives reserved for the sports field?
Q What about worship? Are we vocal & abandoned in our worship?
Q What about The community around us? Are we burdened for them?
Q What about souls? When was the last time we wept for others?
Each of us has the capacity for passion but what do we do with it?
