MEMO: Term 3 material for Sunday 7th Aug start

Hi Incredible leaders,

This term starts on the 7th August and after discussion with Dale Senior it was decided not to theme this term but to allow leaders to review the subjects brought up in the preaching on the Sunday previous - for example:

1. Connect week start Sunday 7th Aug would review Missions Conference Sunday 31st
2. Connect week start Sunday 21st Aug would review preaching from Sunday 14th Aug
3. Connect week start Sunday 4th Sept would review preaching from Sunday 28th Aug
4. Connect week start Sunday 18th Sept would review preaching from Sunday 11th Sept

As a small group leader you will be required to take notes and record key scriptures & encourage your group to do the same; you then have a week to put together a session and facilitate a discussion on the content in the group setting.

I will summarise the message also and put my notes on the web page Blogg (see Grace web page) as a guide you may wish to use it or not. I hope that this stimulates and grows the ability of people to be more engaged in the preaching and encourages the merit of note taking as a help to remembering the powerful things that God speaks to us on a regular basis. If possible on reviewing this material try and link it at all times with practical ways of doing the word in our individual lives.

You may want to communicate with your group members before the term starts to let them know how to prepare.
